FDS Services LLC provides utility billing services for small to medium sized utilities. Our current concentration is to provide utility billing services for sanitary boards and public service districts who were recently impacted by the decision of American Water to discontinue billing services for these entities. Our software was developed specifically to interpret the usage data files provided by American Water and provide a stable billing solution. Our software maintains customer demographic data along with payment and billing history. It is a comprehensive billing solution. We can provide direct printing of bills and notices or work with a third party printing and mailing company of your choice. We have developed and integrate seamlessly with several online payment options and also the WV Treasurer’s office online payment solution.
